Curt Branson

Curt was born and raised in Hermann, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Missouri in 2009 with a BA in History and Minor in Political Science. Curt then attended law school at the University of Missouri and clerked at Jones, Powell and Stevens while completing his law degree. He joined the firm immediately after earning his Juris Doctorate degree. Curt lives in Columbia with his wife Patricia and is a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Curt has experience representing clients involving probate administration and litigation matters, including the probate of wills, estate administration, determination of heirship, and trust litigation. In addition, Curt’s practice also includes representing clients in both criminal and civil matters, which include personal injury, real estate litigation, collections, contract matters, and family law and divorce.
